Protocols

Know the specifics

All are welcome to attend in person if you are healthy.  The following protocols will be in place:

1.) Please pre-registration is required each week** using the  link above. The latest you can sign-up is 6pm the Saturday before the service. If you have trouble with the form, please call the church office, 860-354-8232

2.) Please do not enter our worship space if you have any signs of illness: fever, chills, cough, sore throat, headache, body aches, gastrointestinal upset, or loss of taste/smell.

3.) Please arrive by 9:40am or so; this will allow us to start promptly at 10:00am. You may enter from the side door or front doors. Please line up and wait to enter the building if there are others in front of  you.  We ask that you continue to “social distance”.

4.) In order to comply with CDC guidelines and for insurance reasons, attendees will be required to wear a mask throughout the entirety of the service. If you do not have one with you, one will be provided by the usher at the entrance. Please note that there will be no singing by the congregation during the service.

5.) Children will remain with parents in assigned space. (Note: There is no in-person childcare and church school is virtual.)

6.) Those over 65 or with underlying medical conditions are advised to stay home if you haven’t had the COVID 19 vaccine.

**Note:

We are asking people to sign up to attend this worship opportunity so we can be sure we have adequate space planned for those who are looking forward to attending, as well as to ensure we are following the current COVID-19 guidelines for tracking attendance at events. However, if your plans change over the weekend, and you are able to attend at the last minute, we do invite you to join us and check in with our greeters who will add you to the attendance list as space allows.

***In an effort to keep people as safe and healthy as possible during these times, we ask that you please let us know if you have experienced symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19 within 14 days after you have been at a worship service or in-person meeting/event at the church. This way we can initiate contact tracing efforts. Be assured that names and medical information will be kept confidential to the best of our ability and following the guidance of the local health department.
