Like to knit or crochet?  The Chapel Stitchers  work year round creating lovely prayer shawls, baby hats, and other wonderful items.  These items are donated to anyone who can use the warmth and love stitched into each piece.  Shawls are often used to comfort people in times of  illness, bereavement, and major life events such as marriage or birth.

The Chapel Stitchers meet monthly on the 3rd Sunday to share patterns, ideas and fellowship.  The program welcomes anyone who would like to participate.  For more information, email church@nmchurch.org

Chapel Stitchers History

The local Chapel Stitchers  is part of the Shawl Ministry founded in 1998 by Janel Bristow and Victoria Gallo.  Care and the love of knitting and crochet have been combined into a prayerful ministry that reaches out to those in need of comfort and solace.  More information on the Shawl Ministry.
